7 Habits of Highly Successful Women Entrepreneurs
In meeting these successful women, and noticing character traits in myself, there have been several common denominators among us which I believe to be the personality traits that help us in being so successful in business, and also in our personal lives.
1. Attention to details
As they say, “It’s all in the details!” What a super true statement. If you only focus on the big picture, like “I’m going to sell 1 million t-shirts!!” and only focus on creating the design of your t-shirts then you probably won’t actually get the opportunity to sell 1 million t-shirts. The details are truly where the magic happens.
Never underestimate the power of kindness! Successful women are able to keep the big picture in mind and approach frustrating situations with compassion and calmness. And as they say, kindness is contagious. So, how can you spread a little today? Be kind and you will be rewarded.
3. Believing in Yourself
This one can be harder for women. We have a tendency to not believe in ourselves and to tell ourselves that we can’t really accomplish our gigantic hopes and dreams. However, I’m here to tell you today that YES YOU CAN! As long as you believe in yourself at your core, you’ll be able to navigate the criticism or tough times with a whole lot more gumption.
4. Maintaining Positivity
life can be hard, you guys. The attitude we try to keep as we work through life’s ebbs and flows impacts everyone and everything around us. There’s always a positive that can come out of a negative. And, you can also enjoy being positive about POSITIVE THINGS!
Confident communication is key, whether it’s via email, in person, or even your body language. By speaking with clarity and resolve, you’ll let others know that you believe in your capabilities, which better equips them to trust you thoroughly. I think confidence is such a major attribute that leads to success, and even if you don’t feel all that confident all the time, this is an area where it’s definitely okay to fake it ’til you make it.
6. Willingness to Do What It Takes To Get The Job Done
If you aren’t willing to put in the extra time, effort, attention or love into your business, then you probably aren’t going to be very successful. So friends, keep pursuing healthy, purpose-driven habits that make you feel more full of joy, persistence, and gratitude. By prioritizing the pursuit of better living, you’ll experience deeper bliss, better relationships, and more significance at work.
Passion is key to being a successful entrepreneur! If you aren’t even passionate about what you’re spending your time doing every single day then you are literally just wasting your precious time and energy. Instead, focus your energy into a business that gets your excitement flowing and bring a genuine smile to your face and you’ll want to pour every single available ounce of yourself into your business, making it successful and a wonderful journey!
