The Notorious B.I.Z.
Last week I asked: What comes first? Your business or your brand?
In my opinion, your business needs to come first.
Have you sold your product to a stranger without any prompting from a friend or family member?
If so, that’s a good sign for you to start building your brand.
Whether its 49 days into your business or 4 months and 9 days into your business — you need to first have at least one customer before spending a ton of time and money in your brand.
According to Peter Drucker, the father of business consulting, the purpose of a business is to create a customer.
In order to create even more customers, you need to know who you are, what you do and why it matters.
That’s where branding quickly comes into play!
Peter Drucker also said “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
Branding is the most efficient and effective way to predict your future and create a customer.
What are a few things you can do today to REALLY get to know and understand your customer?
